Clients must provide accurate information, feedback, and any required materials in a timely manner. Delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

All invoices are due as per the agreed schedule. Nexqlo reserves the right to pause or terminate services for late or missed payments. Refunds are not provided once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexqlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party tools or platforms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized.

8. Changes to Terms

Nexqlo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accorsdance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
